1. What Personal Data Does Stenart OÜ Process and for What Purpose?

Stenart OÜ processes your personal data when you complete and submit the contact form on www.stenargos.ee, where you are asked to provide your name and contact details (e-mail address and phone number).

Your personal data are processed in order to contact you and to provide Stenart OÜ services to you, including issuing invoices for services rendered.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

Stenart OÜ processes your personal data on the basis of your consent. You give consent when you complete and submit the contact form on www.stenargos.ee.

3. Data Retention

Stenart OÜ retains your personal data only as long as necessary to maintain communication with you or to provide you with services.

As a rule, data collected via the contact form is stored for one year from the date of last contact. Personal data required for accounting purposes are retained for seven years, and data related to payments or consumer disputes are retained until the claim is fulfilled or the limitation period expires.

We will respond to questions related to your personal data as soon as possible, but no later than within one month.

If you believe that your personal data have been processed in violation of applicable law or that Stenart OÜ has infringed your rights in processing your personal data, you have the right at any time to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or a court to protect your rights.
